[Suggestion]Rules
2) No Malware Releases unless source ( so there will be no backdoors such as hey, my new crypter is released check it out!)
3) No exploits that can be used on myBB or any of it's plugins ( for the safety of P9 Of course) Hmmm thats all i got for now so should we implement these rules

I don't agree only for the first one, i think that anybody can post, there can be people that are younger than 13 and that know load of things !
